Gift Cards are redeemed for products and services. Gift Cards do not expire; they are not redeemable for cash. Ken and company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Cancellation Policy

Ken and Company requires at least a 24 hour advance notice for any cancellation. Appointments cancelled without proper notification will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the booked service total. These fees will be charged to your credit card.
